1. I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

2. CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM BASKET?
Yes! But this cannot be done online. Contact us by phone 800-716-8711 so that we can help.
3. CAN I SEND A BASKET FOR A SPECIFIC FUTURE DATE?
We understand that sometimes, timing is everything. We use UPS Ground to ship our baskets. If UPS Ground Shipping will deliver your basket TOO SOON, we can hold the order and ship it when itís time. When you check out, please enter the date that you would like the gift to ARRIVE, and we will do our best to accommodate that time frame. (* Please only enter a date if the Standard UPS Ground Time in Transit will deliver your package TOO SOON).
4. WHEN WILL MY GIFT BE SHIPPED IF I DO NOT SPECIFY A FUTURE DATE?
We will ship your gift out the day we receive the order as long as it is placed by 2:00pm Eastern Standard time on any given business day, unless you have selected a future delivery date. If the order is received after 2:00pm, it will be shipped the next business day. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. Excludes holidays.
5. ARE SHIPPING DELAYS LIKELY?
Shipping delays are out of our control but they do happen, especially during the busy holiday seasons and when adverse weather conditions occur. During holiday periods (especially December), please add an additional two business days to ensure a timely delivery
6. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES?
Yes. Please contact us for shipping rates and timing.
7. WHAT IF THE ADDRESS I SUPPLIED IS INCORRECT OR THE RECIPIENT HAS MOVED?
UPS will do their best to correct the address and deliver the package to the recipient; however if an incorrect address is supplied additional charges and delayed delivery times should be expected. Each incorrect address supplied during your order will incur an ADDITIONAL $11.00 "address correction" fee from UPS. Please do not forget Apartment, Suite and Floor numbers, as any of these omitted may require an Address Correction from UPS and therefore incur an additional $11.00 charge that will be assessed to you.
8. WILL YOU SHIP A GIFT TO A HOSPITAL?
We strongly recommend that gifts for patients of a medical facility be sent directly to the home of a friend or caregiver who is able to hand carry the gift to the recipient. It has been our experience that patients are often moved, discharged early, or the package is delayed in the hospital sorting facility, causing the patient to miss their fabulous gift from you.
9. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY INSTITUTIONS?
Yes. But Packages sent to P.O. Boxes and Military Institutions must be shipped via the US Postal Service and therefore cannot be placed online. Please contact us for shipping prices.
10.IF I AM SHIPPING MULTIPLE BASKETS TO THE SAME RECIPIENT, CAN I SAVE ON SHIPPING?
Possibly. Please contact us to determine if we can include several baskets in one box to help you save on shipping.
11. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A SALESPERSON?
Our business hours are M-F 9:30-5:00 P.M. EST. Call our shop 800-716-8711 during those hours to speak with a salesperson.
12. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Basket Affair does not rent or sell information they receive from web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
13. WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF A PRODUCT?
You will receive a product of equal or greater value. For more specific information, see our substitution policy.
14. WHICH CREDIT CARD TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
15. WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
You will be charged sales tax if the shipment is being delivered within the state of Pennsylvania.
